29 In the present reporting period the Lebensbaum line of Wanderlust teas received two re nowned design awards At the iF Design Awards the design of our new line of teas see p 64 f won over the 63 members of the impartial international jury This despite stiff compe tition 6 400 submissions from 54 countries vied for the coveted prize For 65 years the iF Design Award has been an internationally recognised trademark signifying outstanding per formance in design But it didn t stop there Wanderlust was also honoured with the German Design Council s German Design Award The tea s distinctive appearance got the nod from the 45 member international jury in the Packaging category The lovingly designed illustra tions tell the origin story of each variety of tea This fun line of teas invites drinkers to go on a fantastic voyage around the world making them eager to explore and taste new flavours noted the jury in their decision The German Design Council is a foundation established in 1953 on the initiative of the German Bundestag With the German Design Award the Coun cil honours trailblazing German and international design concepts 2018 Two design awards for our Wanderlust tea series
